Interview with Coach Bobby Bowden
We are saddened by the passing of legendary football coach, Bobby Bowden, over the weekend; however, we're thankful we had an opportunity to work with him in 2019. We can attest to Coach Bowden's character as a great man as well as a great ball coach. Our DP Taylor Holland was welcomed into Coach Bowden's Tallahassee, Florida home to film an interview with him for an upcoming documentary titled Unrivaled. Our friends at Unrivaled are putting together a feature length story about the Sewanee football team of 1899. The University of the South's 1899 football team were "Undefeated and United" – winning 5 football games in 6 days on a 2,500 mile train ride trip around the Southeast. The team went on to finish the season 12-0.
